Public authorities include government departments, local authorities, the NHS, state schools and police forces.

Public authorities are obliged to publish certain information about their activities and members of the public are entitled to request information from public authorities.

The NHSCFA was constituted on 1 November 2017; as we are a newly created public authority, some classes of information may not initially be available. As soon as these have been finalised and approved they will be published.

Our publication scheme will provide an overview of the information that the organisation publishes and intends to publish in the future. It will detail the format in which the information is available and whether or not a charge will be made for the provision of that information. The publication scheme is currently being finalised and will be published on this page shortly.
