These figures were previously published by NHS Protect, I am looking for similar information but for the two most recent financial years, including:
- Name of health body
- Type
- Total Assaults
- Assaults Involving Medical Factors
- Assaults NOT Involving Medical Factors
- Declared Total Staff
- Assaults per 1,000 Staff
- Declared Criminal Sanctions
- Declared Civil and Administrative Sanctions

I can confirm that this information is not held by the NHS Counter Fraud Authority (previously NHS Protect). I would suggest that you send a similar request to each individual NHS Trust.
