I write to receive a copy under FOI of your investigation report into procurement fraud as disclosed in the WAO report July 2017 and PAC investigation September 2017.

I request details of what legal action was is taken against the said persons.

However it is possible that NHS Counter Fraud Services Wales and/or Cardiff and Vale University Health Board may hold some or all of the information you require.
