Please could you provide the statistics for patient fraud reports, by year, since your inception on 01 November 2017 to date.
Please include the total number of reported frauds by patients or other alleged patient fraud and the categories which these fall into (if available).
Also please provide the outcomes of these in an aggregated format (e.g. total number insufficient evidence, total number rejected, total number accepted, total number under investigation etc).
For the purposes of this request, patient fraud includes, for example, false claims by patients for free treatment when they are not entitled to it and patients claiming free NHS treatment or prescriptions whilst not resident in the UK.
