I want to submit a request for some information from the organisation, in relation to their contract’s register.
The contract register should display all the organisations existing/live contracts I would like the register to display the following columns/headings:

Contract Data/API Contact Details
(Meaning of API "a set of functions and procedures that allow the creation of applications which access the features or data of an operating system, application, or other service.")
Please provide me with the contract’s register file in an excel format.
Some of the information pertaining to the contract register is being withheld as it falls under the exemption in section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act. In applying this exemption we have had to balance the public interest in withholding the information against the public interest in disclosing the information. The attached annex to this letter sets out the exemption in full, as well as the factors the Authority considered when deciding that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
