- The organization employs 168 people.

- Our current intranet solution is Oak.
How long have you been using this intranet solution?
- Since September 2018.
When is your intranet contract up for renewal?
- In May 2021.
What is your annual intranet budget?
- The current annual cost of our intranet is £4,082.24 excluding VAT.
Do you share any intranet /IT services with other organisations, if so who?
- We do not share an intranet with other organisations. We share some IT services/suppliers with the NHS Business Services Authority – namely IT networks, telephony and managed infrastructure.

- The Communcations and Engagement Team (part of the Organisational Development Unit).
Are you using the Office 365 suite? If so, which applications from the suite are in use?
- Yes, we currently use the Office Suite and Exchange on line. We don’t use One Drive.

Is your Active Directory hosted on-premise, or in the cloud?
- Our Active Directory is a hybrid. We have an on-premise version and a copy in the cloud. The two synchronise.
