  3. How long have you been using this intranet solution?
  4. When is your intranet contract up for renewal?
  5. What is your annual intranet budget?
  6. Do you share any intranet /IT services with other organisations, if so who?
  7. Which team and/or individuals are responsible for managing your intranet internally?
  8. Are you using the Office 365 suite? If so, which applications from the suite are in use?
  9. Which team and/or individuals are responsible for your intranet’s procurement within the organisation.
  10. Is your Active Directory hosted on-premise, or in the cloud?
  11. Could you provide us with a link to your digital work place strategy?

  • How many people are employed by your organization, including full and part time?

    The organization employs 168 people.

  • What is your current intranet solution? (Sharepoint, Wordpress, Invotra, etc).

    Our current intranet solution is Oak.

  • How long have you been using this intranet solution?

    Since September 2018.

  • When is your intranet contract up for renewal?

    In May 2021.

  • What is your annual intranet budget?

    The current annual cost of our intranet is £4,082.24 excluding VAT.

  • Do you share any intranet /IT services with other organisations, if so who?

    We do not share an intranet with other organisations. We share some IT services/suppliers with the NHS Business Services Authority – namely IT networks, telephony and managed infrastructure.

  • Which team and/or individuals are responsible for managing your intranet internally?

    The Communcations and Engagement Team (part of the Organisational Development Unit).

  • Are you using the Office 365 suite? If so, which applications from the suite are in use?

    Yes, we currently use the Office Suite and Exchange on line. We don’t use One Drive.

  • Which team and/or individuals are responsible for your intranet’s procurement within the organisation.

    The Communications and Engagement Team (part of the Organisational Development Unit).

  • Is your Active Directory hosted on-premise, or in the cloud?

    Our Active Directory is a hybrid. We have an on-premise version and a copy in the cloud. The two synchronise.

  • Could you provide us with a link to your digital work place strategy?

    NHSCFA does not have a document that fits this description.
