I am looking for some assistance with your organisation’s spend/transparency data.
There appears to be no file available for the month of June 2022. Could you advise when the file will be made available to view on line? Would it be possible for you to email me a copy of the June 2022 file please?’

The information you requested is being withheld as it falls under the exemption in section 22 (Information intended for future publication), of the Freedom of Information Act.
The information for April-June will be published on the NHS Counter Fraud Authority website shortly. Subsequently, the information will be published the month following the end of each quarter.
The attached annex to this letter sets out the exemption in full, as well as the factors the Authority considered when deciding that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
