Information requested
1.Please confirm whether your organisation has (i) adopted or intends to adopt, or (ii) formally decided not to adopt, the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’s (‘IHRA’) definition of Antisemitism. Please provide the body (e.g. Board or named committee) which has made that decision and the date of that decision.
2. Please provide:
a. the email address of your organisation’s Chief Executive Officer (or alternatively, the appropriate email address of the office of the Chief Executive Officer), and
b. the email address to be used for service of legal correspondence and proceedings on your organisation (e.g., the legal team’s email address).
NHSCFA response
. On the 12th November 2025, the NHSCFA Senior Management Team (SMT) acknowledged receipt of the Secretary of State’s request and agreed to formally adopt and embed the IHRA definition of antisemitism within NHSCFA’s policies, communications, and culture, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to inclusion, fairness, and respect as part of organisational Values. The NHSCFA Board noted the adoption as informed by the CEO’s update at its meeting on the 19th February 2026.
