A good night was had last week at the annual Tackling Economic Crime Awards ceremony in London. The awards recognise and reward individuals, teams, initiatives, and companies involved in tackling different areas of economic crime.

The NHSCFA Mandate Project Team were proud to be nominated in the Outstanding Public Sector / Law Enforcement Initiative category and were represented on the night by Lorraine Harris and Richard Hampton.

Alex Rothwell CEO said, "Sadly, we didn't win but it was great to be recognised for an outstanding piece of work. It was also a fantastic opportunity to network with other fraud professionals.I want to personally thank the team for their hard work and commitment in putting NHSCFA at the forefront of tackling fraud.

Being recognised by our peers for the role we play in tackling all areas of economic crime is a significant accolade for us and shows we are very much becoming the leaders in our industry."

Congratulations to all the winners and nominees.
