The Department of Health and Social Care’s (DHSC) white paper on integration and innovation is out for consultation. We fully support the proposal for the removal of time limits on Special Health Authorities and we have made our views known in meetings with the Ministers who will have to take this legislation through the House of Commons and the House of Lords.
