Information requested
- Please can you explain how a GP would financially benefit by writing dozens of prescriptions for tablets that he/she already knows that a patient doesn’t need?
For example: is it be possible that a doctor could financially benefit by simply writing useless prescriptions by claiming money back from bonuses such as QOF payments?
- What evidence do the NHSCFA need from a member of the public to investigate allegations prescription fraud?
- Who are the victims of prescription fraud?
For Example: is it the taxpayers?
