This relates to a person/organisation working for the NHS in any capacity. This includes salaried employees, retired employees receiving an NHS pension, agency staff, trainees, contracted staff such as GPs, dentists, pharmacists, opticians and their organisations and any other contractors who work for the NHS in the same manner as an employee.

  • General practitioner (GP) or GP practice

    General Practitioners provide front line NHS medical healthcare services. This section primarily concerns GP(s) or GP Practice.

  • Dentist or dental practice

    Dental Practitioners provide front line NHS dental health services. This section primarily concerns a Dentist or Dental Practice.

  • Pharmacist or pharmacy

    Pharmacists at pharmacies process prescriptions, prepare and dispense medicines and provide advice about medicines and common health issues. This section primarily concerns a pharmacist or a pharmacy.

  • Optical practitioner or practice

    Optical practitioners provide services related to eye health and vision. This section primarily concerns an eye care practitioner or practice.

  • NHS employees

    This relates to anyone working in the NHS. This includes those directly employed on a salary, contractors, trainees and agency staff. Use other categories for dentists, opticians, GPs, pharmacists or NHS pensioners.

  • NHS pensioners

    This relates to the pension of a retired NHS employee or their partner.
